There are three levels for entertaining. The highest entertaining spot is the second story terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. The main level has the most entertaining spots including the courtyard lounge, the interior family room and dining, the pool, outdoor dining room, patio conversation areas, the lawn and the sandy area. On the lower level is the game room and media room.

Additionally, the lower level features a game room equipped with a ping pong table, chess set, checkers, dominoes, backgammon, a four-square set, and a variety of card and board games. The cabinets contain an assortment of books and toys for younger children. The large storage room is stocked with numerous recreational items, including sand toys, pool floats, goggles, flippers, snorkel sets, boogie boards, a spike ball set, a bocce ball set, and a volleyball net for pool activities.
